Church Cliques and Political Picks

DISCLAIMER: This blog post is purposely hyperbolic and any similarities to persons living or dead should be viewed as a sign that that person needs Jesus....I mean REALLY needs Jesus.

We're one month away from the election and it seems that the campaign team of Ben Winston has started to amp up their campaign tactics weather you're a willing supporter or not. The other night, after coming from a delightful night of hearing the Mississippi Mass Choir, I drove through Lumberton and noticed a lot of newly placed "Help Ben Win" campaign signs. I thought to myself that a lot of people have went over to the dark side. Well, the next morning, I was contacted by several people that said that someone had placed a Ben Winston campaign sign in their yard without their permission. I like to say I was surprised but that's the nature of Ben's supporters; they slither around at night and trespass on people's property in an effort to give others the impression that he has their support. I advised several of the people I spoke with to throw the signs in the trash because they were placed without permission. There were some that felt that this matter should be considered harassment. I didn't agree but I told them that if they threw away the signs, the person slithering onto their property at night would get the message that they don't appreciate the trespass and Winston's campaign will suffer the loss of another sign they purchased. There's plenty of idiots that willingly support Winston and no one should try to deceive people by placing signs in their yards without their permission. But that's the nature of Winston's supporters.

The type of person that support Ben Winston will call concern calamity and will consider questions as a form of dissension. I've noticed that Ben's supporters are spineless. If you call and leave them a message they will then turn around and discuss the message with everyone else except the person that called them. Can you say coward? They will say they are not comfortable with your spirit but don't have a problem looking/using your "gifts" that are displayed on every surface in their lying den (intentional spelling), the foyer, the main area, restrooms and even the fellowship hall. So what is it that really troubles you? Amazingly that troubling spirit didn't prevent requesting an investment into this scheme/scam that didn't yield any return. As a matter of fact, the money invested was not returned in the same manner it was presented but now you're troubled. You should be because you know that it was nothing more than a pyramid scheme but that's what predators do. Those that support Ben are generally known for throwing temper tantrums/rocks from the pulpit and on social media but can't address you when they see you in person. Those that support Ben Winston can see wrong in others, especially those spreading the word of truth, but give Nadab and Abihu a pass because they're "yes men/women". A lot of people support Ben because of what he can do for them or for promises he made to them or for money he took from his church to fund their trips while looking the other way while he continue to bring desolation to the City of Lumberton. Those that support Ben think it's not appropriate to question a minister that left his "calling" for politics but prays in the marketplace every weekend. Somehow, the supporters of Ben Winston forgot or have opted to forget that Passah (a lot of black people, not all, don't say Pastor, they say Passah because they're usually being pacified) Ben Winston went to court to have 82 year old woman kicked out of the church where he was the pastor because she allegedly called his wife a female dog. Surely a person that reached that age and still possess the ability to live independently has some sort of discernment but people are discouraged from telling the truth; even in the church or should they be called social clubs because it seems that the mission of Christ has been replaced by serving the Passah and not the One True Living God. One thing I've learned over the years is the fact that kids and old people are usually the most honest people but I don't think that's a reason to kick an elderly lady out of church. Interestingly, it seems that it's normal for ministers to kick people out of church. Thank God they don't have ownership of heaven.

Last time I checked, even God could be questioned but ministers, who claim to be called by God, have a problem when they're asked a question. Interesting. I think my message was conveyed and I'm sure I won't be contacted because my number is public. Maybe I'll get another video emailed to me with a sinister laugh at the end. Whatever the case may be, I'm shaking the dust from my feet and moving. Regardless of where they go, they can't forget where they started but then again revisionist history is all the rave these days. I can't blindly follow Ben Winston because he's a minister because I see what he's done to this city and now I'm supposed to reward him by giving him a better position? He's not willing to do anything to move Lumberton forward but now he want another chance at a County position. Ben is comfortable plotting with liars and thieves just like many of his co-laborers are comfortable with active drug dealers and loan sharks sitting under their teachings without changing professions. As an avid reader, I know that many failed to question Jim Jones because he was a pastor. Since he treated his post as that of a ruler and not a shepherd, he lead his congregation to their death. I pray that you don't suffer the same fate. The dirty tactics are running rampant but I hope people don't fall for the deceptive tactics. If you want to see how Ben Winston will serve as Supervisor, take a look at the videos showing how he's serving as Mayor. In less than two weeks, Ben Winston and the rest of his cronies will take the stand in the case that's becoming known as The City of Lumberton vs. The Lumberton Informer. I guess the citizens will get another glimpse of the Winston machine because two news outlets are going to be present to cover the trail; just in time for the more news clips before the November election.

  1. Which one of Ben's supporters are you referring to? Paul Ockmond or Bishop Burns?

  2. Are they still putting people out of Rehoboth Word of Life Fellowship? Didn't they put you out 2 years ago? That didn't teach the remaining members to shut up and not question the almighty Bishop Burns? I guess they have to cast another member out to make room for the drug dealers.

  3. I heard about the pulpit rant that went on yesterday. Let me let you in on something you may not know. When we saw THE BISHOP at the funeral Friday, he walked in like he was above everyone else but his entourage consisted of a murderer, an adulterer, and a loan shark. Rev. Dennis Holder looked like a sheep in a wolf pack. He didn't walk in with the family and he didn't say the prayer at the graveyard but he wanted to boast about who was part of his congregation. It seems that this rant has come because someone apparently told him that the women of his church got together and a lot of the lies that were told were addressed. Afraid that more will be bold enough to question his authority, I guess he is trying to put fear back into the sheep that want control. Now here's the real tea. He don't want questions asked because he don't want the members to know how many cars were purchased using the bank statements from Rehoboth as collateral. He don't want questions asked because he don't want the members of Rehoboth knowing that the bills that were consolidated included bills from 1005 Georgia. Now the tithes of Rehoboth is being used to pay their bills as well and that's why he don't want anyone questioning him. It's not about the color of a toilet or the fact that they're not using a certified contractor. It's about control. So I think you're too late because it seems they have already started drinking the juice. Here's something else you need to check. Google 1005 Georgia + Burns + Lumberton, Ms and look at the results. Can you explain why it says that 1005 Georgia is a remodeling company owned by Nigel Burns with two employees? The deception started when you let them hold their first church meeting in the community center at Woodchase Apartments.

  5. When egg prices go down they're going to egg your car again. Sleep lightly.

  6. Touch not mine anointed and do my prophets no harm, for we know we are anointed by God as Pastor, Teachers, Evangelist, Prophets and Apostles and if a Pastor touch an Evangelist, Teachers, Prophets or Apostle to do harm to one of them he will suffer the same. If you have a disagreement with your brother you should come together. If your brother sins against you or you sin against your brother go and tell him his fault, between the two of you if he doesn’t listen than you bring him before the church. Pastor use the pulpit for the wrong reason and for that it’s wrong. How can you lead and you can do what is right by God.

  7. If they egg your car now they will have it on camera and the lighting is great so you are covered day and night. LOL

  8. A $100,000 to upgrade two restrooms for handicap accessibity but the parking lot is not paved. That church ain't worth $100,000 but I better not say anything because I might get put out too.

  9. When Burns left Tabernacle he took pRt of our sound system and that's why we had to change the locks.

  10. How can he be a Good Shepherd? A Good Shepherd would leave a 100 sheep and go back for one. The Sheep in this case may need to go back and rescue the Shepherd because he is so lost. I think most Pastor these days look at the church to see what the church can do for them not what they can do for the church.

  11. Is this ok with the members of Rehoboth that he take out a $100,000.00 loan I would change my membership and let him pay the loan or find another way. Oh I guess the church can file bankrupt and he wouldn't have to pay the loan back. I am sure the members don't have a problem with him because he is god with a little g.

  12. I remember when Rev. Burns wanted to become a Bishop and he had some man come to Tabernacle and announce it. We were suppose to have communion but he got so upset that we didn't swallow what he was trying to feed us that he just yelled church dismissed. We were all sitting there confused and then he said for us to get out and we went in the parking lot trying to figure out what was going on. Anyone that follows this man is a fool. He's a power tripping hustler. He's 65 and never worked because he's a hustler. Now he has control over a church and can spend the money however he want to as long as he let Jeanette think she's in control. The fact that she's on the committee and picked her husband to do the renovation is going to be a problem but they're so lame at Rehoboth it might never be a problem. But they're happy footing the bill. They're worried about the wrong thing. Just wait until they get a complaint for not being handicap accessible. I hope they know there's regulations for that type of work.

  13. What's interesting is how Bishop Birns wanted to make sure he gave props to his stylist. I guess he was not aware that his stylist was caught doing the deed with another man in the parking lot and was arrested. At least Abram knew not to accept help from the King of Sofom but the Bishop wants a Sodomite as a stylist.

  14. I google the home on 1005 Georgia Street in Lumberton and you are so right Anonymous. I have seen his work and it doesn't look anything like those pictures and I have also seen Freddie's work and it's a hot mess. The church is crazy to agree too this.

  15. Giving the stylist his props is no worst than him giving Jezebel the microphone to sing over his sheep and the next thing you know it will be a church full of Jezebels. I know Gateway Church is excited she is not there.

  16. This is why I don't attend any church to many crooks running them now !

  17. I think a more fitting description of the Bishop son's (biological and adopted) would be that of Hophni and Phineas because Bishop (Eli) know whose sleeping with women outside of their marriage, he know who's loan sharking, buying food stamps and selling drugs. Read your bible and I'm sure you'll see my point. Check out 2 Samuel.

  18. The question you need to ask is who's on the advisory committee and what are they getting for their services? A modest fee perhaps? We have a committee at out church but the decisions are then presented to the congregation for their input. We also receive sealed bids for any work performed but I guess that happens when you're doing things the right way.

  19. It seems that the comments are going in one direction. Let me see if I can get things back on track. The two churches in Lumberton that feel it's nothing wrong with putting people out are both affiliated with Ben Winston. As you say in your videos...Interesting!
